3 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 veal loin chops
Flour
12 dried sage leaves (fresh preferred)
Salt & Black pepper
1/3 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon butter
Method
Instructions
Dredge chops in flour.
Sauté in oil with sage leaves until rosy pink (approx 8 mins). Remove.
Add wine to pan, reduce to syrup.
Swirl in butter.
Return chops to coat in glaze.
Serve immediately.
