- Cook reconstituted porcini in their liquid until dry.
- Slice potatoes and fresh mushrooms (1/4 inch).
- Mix potatoes, mushrooms (fresh & porcini), oil, garlic, parsley, pepper in baking dish.
- Bake at 400°F for 15 mins.
- Add salt, toss, bake another 15 mins until tender.
- Serve.
