1.25 cups cornmeal (fine polenta), 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt, pinch of sugar
Wet: 1.25 cups buttermilk
1 egg (beaten), 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease pan.
Mix dry ingredients.
Whisk wet ingredients and stir into dry (do not overmix).
