Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound sunchokes
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Butter for dotting
  • Salt & Black pepper

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Peel sunchokes. Boil until tender but not mushy (check often).
  2. Drain, cool slightly, slice 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Layer in buttered baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, Parmesan. Dot with butter.
  5. Bake at 400°F until crust forms (approx 15-20 mins).
  6. Serve.
