Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 large red apples cored and cubed
  • 4 celery stalks thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp walnut halves toasted and crushed
  • 25 red seedless grapes halved
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and white pepper
  • 2 romaine lettuce hearts

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Cube the apples and slice the celery.
  2. Combine the apples, celery, grapes, and walnuts in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Toss well to coat.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve piled onto crisp romaine lettuce leaves.
