This hearty pasta dish combines ground beef, diced tomatoes, and elbow macaroni into a comforting meal. It cooks entirely in a single pot, which saves time on cleanup and allows the pasta to absorb the rich tomato broth as it simmers. A splash of soy sauce adds a deep savory note to the sauce. Serve this simple dinner on a busy weeknight when you need to feed a hungry family without a lot of fuss.
