A beaten egg scrambles through the rice, then 50g of cooked prawns, frozen peas, and a teaspoon of soy sauce finish the wok in under five minutes of high heat. Two servings in 30 minutes. Beansprouts add crunch if you have them, but the dish holds its own without.
